The Theis brothers (first Greg and now Tim) have always been customer-focused, willing and able to answer questions about your bike or some other model. They are generous with their time and expertise to help you make a decision. Tim goes above and beyond in customer service; because I have lower limb issues, Tim actually delivered my trike to my home. He has some amazing artwork in bikes, I'm having a rear wheel on a trike straightened out. He's had the bike quite awhile and isn't charging me storage, a misunderstanding on my part.
