I highly recommend Jersey Bents if you're in the market for a recumbent and are looking for a dealer who is committed to setting you up with the right bike and configuring it to meet your needs. Laurence knows recumbents and Charlie knows how to tweak the components. Together they set me up with a Rans XStream configured for the kind of riding I do. There are recumbent dealers closer to where I live, but Jersey Bents rewarded me for the extra miles I drove to get there by going the extra mile to meet my needs.
