Reviews ![]() By Dave Olson from Bloomington, MN Posted Apr 20, 2011 This is to follow up on the prior review. Erik's takes customers and service VERY seriously. We work very hard to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service and on the occasion that we do make a mistake we would love the opportunity to resolve it. Thanks! daveo@eriksbikeshop.com ![]() By John M from Shell Lake, WI Posted Apr 15, 2011 Went back to the sop and found that they were the only shop that could fix the poorly assembled bikes from Erik's. What a strange occurance! ![]() By John M from Shell Lake, WI Posted Mar 19, 2010 Not happy at all. Anybody Bike Shop is the nearest Cannondale dealer to me. I did some research online and drove over an hour down to Eau Claire only to stand unassisted for 25 minutes in the store. We were the only customers in the store and the clerk, who appeared to be putting together a bike, seemed to regard us as an irritation. He did not say a single word to us. Not even hello. I drove the extra miles to the Twin Cities to get the two bikes I needed from Erik's Bike Shop, where service is never a problem and they actually seem to appreciate it when customers spend nearly $2000 in their shop. I will never go back to ANybody's Bike Shop and would strongly advise anyone who thinks spending that kind of money deserves at least a little service to go anywhere near this place.
