I had nearly the same experience as Glenno from Columbia with WoW, except my bike purchase is a Fuji Cross Comp. Mark was just terrific to deal with, very responsive and customer-service oriented. Bought SPD shoes (MO87, highly recommend them, very comfortable) and pedals (M520, also great), bottle cages and some other accessories from him also.

Mark really KNOWS how to treat customers, a rarity in this day and age. I drove 4 hours RT to make this purchase happen because this guy, his pricing and selection are just A-1. (They are located about 20 miles SW of Jeff City.)

When I got to WoW, I was pretty amazed at how many bikes he had. Great selection if you're not sure yet what you want; also plenty of accessories for maintenance and riding. Can't recommend Mark and World of Wheels enough.Great job, Mark, I will be calling you again next time I need a bike!

Fantastic service and the best price on the bike I bought ANYWHERE. I used the internet to check around the country and mail-order and no-one came within $100 of the cost World of Wheels gave me.

Plus he did everything exactly as he said when he said. Plus he was the only bike seller I talked to who not only checked with the factory to see about getting me what I wanted. I was looking for last year's model of the Fuji "Touring". Every other business I talked to gave me a quick negative response or a high price. World of Wheels called me back in under ten minutes (we'd never spoken before, he didn't know me) and reported to me what the factory had just told him. He'd pursued my wish immediately.

Plus he has more bikes in shop than any bike shop in Columbia MO. Plus he's a young owner-operator of his business, a truly local small business. He says he stays in business in the outskirts of Barnett MO by underpricing everyone from Osage Beach to Columbia and drawing in their customers. Worked for me!
