Reviews By Mike M from Round Hill, VA Posted Sep 23, 2009 can't vouch for their products but stay away if you're going for repairs. We brought in a bike early in July and were told it would take 3 days to put in a new tube, replace the brakes and basically just check things out. Here we are at the end of September and they still have our bike. Not only that but each of the 4 times we've gone in to the shop or the multiple times we've called they tell us something entirely different. When I finally go a hold of "Lauren" (apparently the owner's wife) she was totally surly with me, told me they'd called and left messages (we got ZERO messages and there was nothing on the caller ID) and basically made me feel like an idiot. I'm asking them to remove/undo all the shoddy work they supposedly did over the last 2 months and I'll take home a bar chassis before I'll give them a red cent. They also don't seem to even know their hours of operation - don't trust their answering machine or what they post - they obviously come in when they feel like it and leave early when it suits them. Reliability ain't what it used to be is it? Share Your Review Please note: all reviews are screened for spam and take 24-48 hours to be approved.
