I highly recommend Branford Bike of Seattle, WA. I live in the San Diego area. The shifter for my rear derailleur needed overhaul w/ Campy Ergo g-springs replaced. I could not locate parts locally, so I ordered from Branford Bike. The store manager "Doug" made sure correct parts got ordered. He offered "over the phone" tech. support if necessary. I will continue to purchase parts from this shop.
